A birthday message is about them. An anniversary message is about the two of you, so it should use "we" at least as often as "you".
What do I write for a milestone anniversary?
Say the number. "Fifteen years" carries weight that "happy anniversary" alone does not, and it earns you a longer, more serious message than an ordinary year would.
