About Saylines

Saylines exists because of a small, annoying problem: you need one good sentence, right now, for a person you care about — and every site offering them has the same recycled lines, wrapped in pop-ups.

What we do differently

Every line on this site is written by our own team. We do not scrape other caption sites, we do not republish forwarded messages, and we do not pad pages with the same twenty lines under different headings. When a page says it has thirty lines, it has thirty different lines.

Our images are the same story. Every card is drawn in code — gradients, shapes and type generated at build time — rather than pulled from a stock library. That is why we can hand them to you with no licence, no watermark and no attribution requirement.

How the site is organised

Everything is sorted by who you are writing to, because that is how people actually search. You do not want "birthday wishes"; you want birthday wishes for your sister, and the two are not interchangeable. Each page groups its lines by tone — heartfelt, short, funny — so you can find the register you need in a few seconds.

Using our lines

Copy anything here and use it anywhere: WhatsApp, Instagram, a card, a speech, a group chat. No credit, no link back, no sign-up. If you want to reproduce a whole page of lines on another website, that is the one thing we ask you not to do — see our terms.
